The published packages include specific hosting resources plus a monthly support and maintenance allowance. Work beyond those allowances, larger development tasks and migrations should be confirmed separately before they start.

Backups, restore, migrations and extra work
Backups and restore
The hosting arrangement should state how backups are handled, what restore assistance is included and what recovery limitations apply.
Migrations
Website or mailbox migrations are only assumed when they are included in the agreed scope.
Extra work
Support beyond the included monthly allowance, development changes and supplier work may require separate approval depending on the cause and effort involved.
Billing and renewal
Your quote or order should confirm the billing term, renewal basis and whether any published annual promotional price applies beyond the first term.
